Play Area Service Crew and Cashier (Full Time and Part Time)

Duties

  • Manage ticket & payment transaction with using register POS.

  • Handle various payment apps, device, and terminals.

  • Assist in handle & manage day-to-day ticket redemption process.

  • Assist in daily register closure, sales calculation, and report tabulation.

  • Attend to ticket & admission related enquiry via various communication channel.

  • Assist in handle & promote membership sales and promotion.

  • Assist in handle visitor check in/out process e.g. queue management, crowd control, reservation.

  • Maintain admission area cleanliness and tidiness.

  • Assist in manage the merchandise sales and its inventory storage.

  • Ensure indoor playground cleanliness at all time

  • Ensure all play areas and equipments are in good and safe condition

  • Ensure all guests and children adhere to all safety standards within the playground and play areas

  • Adhere to indoor playground's opening and closing procedures

  • Attend to guests’ feedback and/or queries

  • Keep abreast of new information on Kidodo's products and promotional campaigns

Requirements

  • You have experience in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

  • Relevant working experience in indoor playground is a definite asset

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to speak Mandarin is a plus point as quite a number of the customers are Chinese speaking.

  • Enjoy interacting with parents and kids

  • Able to work weekends and public holidays

  • Able to commence employment within short notice

  • Singaporeans or Singapore PRs
